Mental health,a state of emotional and psychological well-being in which an individual is able to use his or her cognitive and emotional capabilities, function in society, and meet the ordinary demands of everyday life.
We should pay more attention to our mental health,But how to keep mental health?
In our new era, there are a host of people have mental health problem, which is increasingly becoming a common phenomenon. Shockingly enough, experts claim that more than 80% of the young, especially students and white collar workers do have that problem!
However, as far as I know, there are something we can do to help mental health.
First and foremost, remember to rest after work. Working too long without a break would be harmful to our physical health as well as mental one. Besides, do not press yourself too much. You should know you can’t always be perfect. Last but not least, be humorous. Comedies may be helpful. Laughter can make you happy and keep you away from mental Health.
All in all, it’s exceedingly vital for us to pay attention to the mental health problem of ourselves. However, it is easier said than done. The society as a whole should focus on it! If we take proper measure to it, we can step in to a harmonious, wonderful and healthy society in the near future.
