It's ture that if you do sports,and you can keep health as body massage.
Sport is good with our body, if you play sports everday, you can get many good things. For example: you can eat some health food, becaues,if you play sports more, you must need food,then, your body can be heathy more!heathy is good with body, and the sport is good with body too!
Life exists in sports,you want to be healthy,then you must participate in all kinds of sports.
activity created by its system.when you participate in sports,the system would be stronger. people who always do exercise,could be muscular,flexibility,fast reactive and with high efficiency for work or study,energy, strong life-force.
sports could effect different parts of body,it makes your heart beat strong and increase your lung capacity.this is he most effective way to breathe; sports can increase the ability of respiratory system to adapt temperature change,it's significant to fight respiratory diseases.
